During the walk-through, we’ll help you find the perfect location.
Once chosen, we’ll reserve it right away, so it’s clearly marked as selected by your family. This helps both our team and future visitors respect the space you’ve chosen.
After your spot is reserved, you’ll receive an invoice along with flexible payment plan options. We want to make this process as accessible as possible for everyone.
Once payment is arranged, we’ll send you a digital Certificate.
This includes your unique tree number and is an important document that we recommend you keep in a safe place—either with your Will or other important papers.
For pre-planners, we’ll help you choose a meaningful date for your tree planting. Family and friends are welcome to join this beautiful experience.
For families with a loved one’s ashes, we’ll send you a plaque template to fill in with personal details. Once returned, we’ll arrange a Ceremony date together
